I listed the people I talked to and symbolized them in objects that represent them. I also mapped the connections between them in red thread to show the far extent of how people can be objectified into one "type," when everyone is much more than an icon or line

In the original Manifest Destiny, the goddess is pointing in the other direction, walking towards industrialization and "change." In my mural, I depict her coming out of the industrialization, seeking to undo the environmental damage caused by the industrialization she first brought with her.
